Krystin most commonly expresses her style through Country and Pop Rock music. She also plays guitar and has written numerous original compositions. Most recently, she was proud to be an Edmonton Finalist in CMT and YTV’s Karaoke Star Junior, a finalist in Edmonton’s Country Star Search competition and viewer’s choice in the Capital Ex Northern Star Search.

Miss McGovern has been tremendously honored to have the opportunity to perform at several local community and charity events including the CIBC Run for the Cure and the Stollery Children’s Health Foundation Snow Flake Gala. Krystin enjoyed a career highlight when she performed at the Winspear with David Foster’s own band in a benefit concert in support of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.

She sees herself pursuing a career in the music or design industry as she has a passion for both.
